These vintage-inspired work pants are a faithfully aged model crafted from blue denim woven on a traditional shuttle loom. They feature a rope-dyed indigo warp paired with a grey weft, creating a deep, textured tone. Unlike typical jeans, the wear pattern on these work pants reflects the distinctive character of true utility garments, giving them an authentic, lived-in feel.
Engineered for durability, the bottom portion of the lining is woven 28% denser than the rest of the fabric, and a specially selected lining enhances strength without the need for external reinforcement patches. This edition from Sugar Cane has been thoroughly distressed—from fabric to hardware—and then washed to produce a convincingly worn appearance.
The result is a garment that looks as though it was unearthed from an old farmhouse, with deep fading, pronounced seam puckering, and subtle paint splatters enhancing the vintage aesthetic.
