Inspired by the hardwearing reinforced sweaters of WWII, our commando sweater is a more modern approach to this classic design. Cut from a 15.5oz large waffle knit from Japan, this silhouette is much more boxy and cropped allowing it to be worn as a standalone piece rather than the original layering garments. Reinforced elbows and shoulders are not only a stylistic detail, but functional patching adding strength to areas that may see extra wear. Made in our partner factory in Japan, the commando sweater has quickly become a favorite in the shop.
