Thermal is known as a material for cut-and-sew items in cold seasons, and can be broadly divided into two types based on the shape of the knit: waffle and honeycomb. This is a waffle-shaped item, and since it is made using thick yarn and a low-gauge knitting machine, the knit is large, so it was named Big Waffle. The uneven parts of the fabric have the function of storing warm air, making it excellent at retaining heat. Contrary to the volume of the fabric, it stretches moderately, making it extremely comfortable to wear.
Because it is thicker than ordinary fabric, a special sewing machine called a flat seam was used to sew it so that the seams are flat.
