BR41106 Buzz Rickson U.S. Army Denim Working Trousers- Indigo
The U.S. Army Denim Working Trousers from Buzz Rickson’s are a faithful reproduction of the denim work pants issued to U.S. Army personnel during the 1930s.
Constructed from approximately 10oz military denim, the fabric is woven from fine-count yarns at a high density, creating a firm, structured feel that is characteristic of early military workwear. The denim’s uneven texture provides excellent fade potential, allowing the trousers to develop strong contrast and character with continued wear.
Distinctive details separate this pre-war design from the later M-41 model, most notably the inclusion of a back cinch and uniquely shaped front pockets. Large front and rear pockets, a deep rise, and a relaxed, full-cut silhouette contribute to the rugged appearance associated with 1930s American work trousers.
Authentic finishing touches include metal buttons engraved with “U.S. ARMY” and a period-correct contract tag sewn inside the right rear pocket. One-washed for comfort and ease of wear, the trousers retain the durability and structure of the original military issue garments.
Made in Japan, the U.S. Army Denim Working Trousers showcase Buzz Rickson’s commitment to historical accuracy, combining vintage military detailing with exceptional craftsmanship and fabric development.
