The Flight Vest from Dehen 1920 is a rugged layering piece that blends military inspiration with traditional Japanese textile craftsmanship.

Constructed from a 12oz 100% cotton sashi-ori fabric produced in Japan, the material features a richly textured weave known for its durability and depth. Overdyed in indigo, the fabric is designed to fade and evolve with wear, gradually revealing character unique to the owner.

The vest is finished with a 1x1 knit collar made from dark navy worsted wool, knit in-house at Dehen’s Portland factory. A smooth navy satin lining ensures comfort and easy layering, while an interior welt pocket with snap closure adds secure storage.

Functional details include a two-way #10 aluminum zipper and single welt front pockets, keeping the design clean and practical. Cut and sewn in Portland, Oregon, the Flight Vest is a versatile piece built for year-round wear—combining durable materials with Dehen’s signature attention to detail.
