The F.O.B FACTORY F2469 Utility Uniform Shirt is based on the U.S. Army OG-107 satin utility shirt, one of the most recognizable pieces of American military clothing from the 1960s and 1970s. Inspired in part by the style famously worn by John Lennon, this version strips the design back to its essential elements, omitting patches for a clean and versatile appearance.

The fabric is a carefully reproduced VAT-dyed back satin developed through extensive research into the yarn structure and dyeing techniques used for U.S. military satin fabrics during the 1960s. The resulting cloth has the substantial character and depth of color associated with original OG-107 garments while retaining the rugged practicality of the military original.

Subtle mohair hook-and-loop tape provides a distinctive accent without compromising the straightforward design. The silhouette has been updated with a modern boxy fit, giving the shirt a relaxed, balanced shape that works easily as both a standalone shirt and a lightweight jacket.
