F3519 FOB Factory Check Open Collar Shirt-Red

The F.O.B FACTORY F3519 Check Open Collar Shirt is built around a special ombré check fabric designed to age with the character of vintage indigo textiles. The indigo sections are rope-dyed using the same technique traditionally employed for denim, with the dye intentionally stopping short of fully penetrating the yarn. As the shirt is worn and washed, the indigo gradually fades from the surface, creating a distinctive patina reminiscent of well-worn denim.

The colored portions of the check are produced using a special discharge-reactive dye, allowing the contrasting tones to develop their own character over time. Together, the two dyeing techniques give the fabric considerable depth and ensure that the shirt becomes increasingly individual with continued wear.

A relaxed boxy silhouette and open collar give the shirt a clean mid-century character, while the mid-weight fabric makes it versatile enough for year-round wear. Its straightforward proportions allow it to be worn easily on its own or layered over a T-shirt.
