IHM-52-KHA Iron Heart 12oz Whipcord Tanker Jacket - Khaki
Inspired by the jackets issued to US servicemen in the 1940s, this whipcord tanker jacket is designed to offer authentic military style with functionality for everyday wear. For this FW26 update, Iron Heart opted to use a reactive-dyed fabric, the same as that found on their signature N1 deck jacket. This replaces the sulphur-dyed whipcord that featured on previous versions of this jacket, resulting in a richer shade of khaki and ensuring longer-lasting colour.
As with all Iron Heart military cuts, this isn’t a strict reproduction piece — the classic tanker silhouette has been given a typical Iron Heart overhaul. Along with the tough whipcord outer shell, they added a weather-resistant Japanese Ventile lining for a layer of protection against wind and rain, while remaining lightweight and highly breathable.
