Jagged Deck Cloth Jacket- Khaki (SJCJK25-SP)
An original deck cloth from the Banshu region, created using a very special weaving technique called “shadow weaving". Based on deck cloth, which was originally a densely woven fabric, this fabric is woven by applying varying additional pressure to the
threads to create shadows. It is a unique material in the world, created by the intuition and experience of craftsmen with over 100 years of weaving history. The fabric is woven in pure white, but when it is dyed, subtle shadows appear, revealing the jagged
pattern that gives the fabric its name. Jacket in jagged deck cloth with a generous body width. The baseball shirt developed for the same season can be attached as a
liner, making it possible to wear this jacket further into the cooler temperatures as well. In addition, by not using a two-needle rolled stitch machine and instead using a lock stitch, it is stronger and will develop a unique puckering pattern over time. The
arm circumference is cut with the same generous width as the body, and the action pleats on the back make it easier to move around.
