A note from RGT:

For washing: 
Wash by hand with cold or room temperature water, minimal detergent and hang to dry. Avoid machine washing to prevent excessive shrinkage, fabric marbling, creasing and uneven color-loss.
Relaxed Trousers:
Expect 1-1.5” shrinkage in inseam length and .5-.75” in waistband after wash. The waistband will stretch up to 1” with wear. There is minimal shrinkage in leg width.
