Great communication. Spoke with josh on the phone about their chainstitch hemming service. We talked about the process and the equipment they use, which is the best you can get (The Union Special). He was very helpful and eager to answer any of my questions.
Aubrey reached out to me about thread color for the hem and made sure i got exactly what i was looking for. Huge fan of the shop! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality denim and quality clothing in general.
