Iron Heart's classic straight cut jeans in 14oz indigo overdyed black selvedge denim. Utilising a double-twisted weft yarn (the same as their signature 21oz weave), this crisp, mid-weight denim provides exceptional durability and comfort straight off the rack without the lengthy break-in period commonly associated with heavier-weight fabrics. This fabric is woven with rope-dyed indigo warp and white weft yarns — it may not be the heaviest denim, but it fades with the best of them!

To create this darkened variation, Iron Heart takes a pair of standard IH-634S-142 jeans and steep the entire garment in black dye using a sulphur dyeing process. This stains the indigo denim and stitching, and oxidises the metal hardware — with the added bonus of removing all shrinkage from the fabric. A unique middle ground between our traditional indigo and black denims, over time the fabric will gradually fade with blue-tinged hues in high-wear areas.
